Setting proper sleep routine is very important from the beginning. It's easier for child and parents follow same feeding/sleeping/play time. 10-15min difference in time is fine, but you must keep it around the same timing. Remember to check first needs when baby cry: they cry because they hungry , need nappy change , have tempereture or teething. Make sure this first needs are sorted out. And don't forget, that your presence and love are most important. Reassure your baby that you are their and then you can settle it. I don't encourage co-sleeping even though it is primarily natural and tribal women use to carry their babies all time. Physical contact matters, however you will need strength and time to be close to baby 24/7. Practically, better to teach child independent sleep in modern world.
